Founded by Vanessa O’Loughlin, Writing.ie is the national Irish writing resources website, designed to provide information and resources for writers everywhere. The Writing.ie Short Story of the Year Award was inaugurated in 2013 and has produced a steady stream of fine winners in a category dear to the heart of Irish readers.
