Niall Murphy

Niall Murphy worked in the motor industry for years, one day in the height of the recession had a ‘road to Damascus’ moment that led him to return to his childhood passion for food and retrain as a chef.  Niall’s mission in life is to encourage you to cook simple recipes, with great ingredients, that cover a wide variety of cooking techniques, and to take the mystery out of cooking.
