Indy Power

indy-power

While studying business at Trinity College, Dublin, Indy Power discovered that her true passion lay in the kitchen. She started her blog to share her love of food and went on to study Nutrition & Health Coaching. She combines these skills with her own personal philosophy: that the way we eat and the ingredients we choose to use transform the way we look and feel.

Indy has a weekly food column in The Irish Independent.
