Submissions 2017

Submissions for the Bord Gáis Energy Irish Book Awards 2017 are now closed.

Eligibility and category information

2017 dates:
Submissions close – 7th September
Shortlist launch – 2nd November
Awards – 28th November

Submitted titles will be considered by the book-industry panel who will meet in mid-September to select the shortlists.  The shortlists will be confidentially announced to the successful publishers on 2nd October.  Due to the volume of submissions we regret that we cannot undertake to notify unsuccessful publishers. Copies of submitted titles are only required if your titles are shortlisted but NOT at the submissions stage.
